Bright Vision community initiative for sustainable development, BRIVCOISUD, in partnership with Wabane council, championed football tournament among the youths and parents of the municipality. The football tournament dubbed “Wabane mayor’s cup” was played in the different categories of male, female and veterans. 
BRIVCOISUD on it part, donated the various prizes for the winners, ranging from best player, best team, best goal keeper, highest goal score and others.
The football tournament witnessed the participation of about 15 teams from the different villages and communities. Being the main sponsor of the tournament, the CEO of BRIVCOISUD, Oliver Lekunze accompanied by the health unit officer Tangwe Becky, says the action falls in line with the organizations objective of promoting unity, building Bridges and improving the health of the population.
At the final stage of the crowd pulling tournament, Marita village emerge champion in the male category, followed by Mevo. For the female category, Golden start women of Mmouck Leteh top the group, followed by Marita women. For the veteran category, Marche A veterans dominated Nkongle and Marita veterans.
Also Kingsley Lekue emerges best player, while Jong Ronaldinho and Goldon Tsamoh emerged highest goal scorer, and best goal keeper respective.
